Contacting the Hotel, Hotel Guests or Departments within the Hotel
- If you have an existing reservation made by us, your hotel's telephone number is located at the top of your confirmation email.
- Our Agents do not have telephone numbers of hotels. And, they are not qualified to offer driving directions from wherever you are to wherever you are going.
- To find the 800-phone number of a hotel located in the U.S. call 800-555-1212.
- If the hotel you are trying to contact does not have an 800 number, use the area code of the U.S. city where that hotel is located, then dial (area-code) 555-1212 for actual directory assistance.

- For new reservations you can check rates and availability online. You can book online.

This web site is operational 24-hours per day, 7-days per week.
Our Call Center is operational 12-24 hours per day (depending on season and demand), 7-days per week.
When you call, if you get a message prompt instead of a person, leave a message. We will call you back as soon as possible. Not leaving a message is the same as not calling.
