Contacting the Hotel, Hotel Guests or Departments within the Hotel

  1. If you have an existing reservation made by Vegasrooms, your hotel's telephone number is located at the top of your confirmation email.
  2. Our Agents do not have telephone numbers of hotels. And, they are not qualified to offer driving directions from wherever you are to wherever you are going.
  3. To find the 800-phone number of a hotel located in the U.S. call 800-555-1212.
  4. If the hotel you are trying to contact does not have an 800 number, use the area code of the U.S. city where that hotel is located, then dial (area-code) 555-1212 for actual directory assistance.

Contacting Vegasrooms

  1. For new reservations you can check rates and availability online. You can book online.
  2. To make reservations by phone, please call us at 702-636-9507.
  3. To cancel or make changes to an existing reservation made by Vegasrooms either send us an , or call us at 702-636-9507. Please have your Web ID or Confirmation Number available for the agent.
  4. If you need for us to re-send your confirmation email for a reservations made by Vegasrooms, first check your "junk mail" or "bulk mail" folder(s) to make sure it's not waiting for you there. If it is not there, send us your request here: .

Hours of Operation

This web site is operational 24-hours per day, 7-days per week.

Our Call Center is operational 12-24 hours per day (depending on season and demand), 7-days per week.

When you call, if you get a message prompt instead of a person, leave a message. We will call you back as soon as possible. Not leaving a message is the same as not calling.

When you leave a message speak clearly and succinctly especially when leaving that all-important call-back number.
