Prices
- All prices are based on a PER ROOM, single OR double occupancy basis.
- Extra amounts may apply for the 3rd and/or 4th person sharing the same room (4 persons per room maximum is typical, depending on room type). The extra
persons charge (if any) varies by hotel.
- Rates charged for children vary by hotel, but generally persons under the age of 19 are free when using existing bedding.
Payments
Note: Some hotels impose a per room per night Energy Surcharge, and/or Resort Fees and/or parking charges. All hotel guests will
be required to pay these extra fees (if any) directly to the hotel.
- For all Pre-paid reservations the full amount plus tax is charged at the time of Booking.
- For all Guarantee only reservations a deposit guarantee is charged (typically the first night rate plus tax, each room) at time of Booking.
- In ALL cases the exact charges made to your card and the Cancellation policy for your reservation will be displayed before you book online, or explained
by your Agent if booking by phone, and will be contained in your written email Confirmation Letter.
Cancellation & Changes
Note: All dates and times begin and end at midnight Hotel's Time.
Our Cancellation Policies are complete, concise and completely unambiguous. Cancellation Policies must be taken in their whole; meaning no part can
be ignored, and no words or phrases can be substituted. A typical cancellation policy reads as follows:
"Cancellation Policy: up to 5 days of arrival will be $20.00, between 4 and 1 days of arrival will be first night room & tax, on day of arrival will
be non refundable."
The phrase "up to" means exactly what it says -- do not substitute "within" or "between" for "up to."
Example:
Correct: He was "up to" his knees in swamp water.
Incorrect: He was "within" his knees in swamp water.
Incorrect: He was "between" his knees in swamp water.
In other words, from date of booking and "up to" 5 days of (prior to) arrival is a full refund less a $20.00 cancel fee.
- The cancellation fee amount is the minimum amount required to cover our bank's fees for charging and refunding your account.
- In all cases the cancellation policy for your reservation is displayed and/or communicated to you by the Agent and must be accepted before your reservation
can be processed.
- No-show or early check-out is NOT an automatic cancellation.
- The hotel CAN NOT cancel a reservation made by us. If the hotel does inadvertently accept cancellation from you, you are still bound to the
cancellation policies you have with us.
- Changes to existing reservations are FREE, however, we cannot pre-guarantee availability or rates when adding rooms or room-nights. Examples of changes
are: add a room-night, add or subtract persons sharing a room, change special requests, change room-preference: i.e., smoking/nonsmoking, add or subtract a
rollaway, crib bed, etc. Subtracting one room-night from a one-night stay is a cancellation, not a change.
- Changing room types (i.e. from a standard room to a suite) will require cancellation of the existing reservation and booking of a new reservation.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed as a credit to your CC account within 4-days of cancellation (depending on weekend or weekday).
- The average time between processing a refund and your bank posting it to your account is 4 days (allow 2 additional days if weekend or holiday). However,
it can take your bank up to 30 days to post your funds into your account depending on the card type and the agreement you have with your bank.
